Upon termination of your account for cause, 33jl may, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining balance in your account, including any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.
You may close your account at any time by contacting 33jl customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, 33jl's decision, made in good faith and based on available evidence, shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR guidelines.
